Up until now, we have been able to ship our customer’s orders in the 2-4 weeks time as promised, and most times much faster. However, due to circumstances beyond our control “delayed manufacturers/delivery from overseas supplier” of some key components, might affect our ability to deliver your order quickly. In our continuing effort to use the very best components, we ask your indulgence if there is a short delay to guarantee you the highest quality.
All orders will definitely be shipped 4-6 weeks from the date you order. This is just a temporary delay and we are working on rectifying it ASAP. Please make sure you send us the commissioning agreement (when required) on time so we can expeditiously ship your order. Please do not call us to hurry the order; we ship first come, first serve, as fast as humanly possible.
